After completing her post- graduation in Business Administration from CRIM College affiliated to Barkatullah University, She aspires to excel in the field of Academics and Research. Her primary area of interest is Finance and she has been awarded Doctorate in Business Management by Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya University in the year 2021, for her research work in the field of Finance. With over 9 of academic experience, Dr. Shukla has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and administration. Specializing in areas such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Taxation, Corporate Law, Dr. Shukla has consistently worked to foster a nurturing and intellectually stimulating environment for students to thrive.
As HOD, she is responsible for overseeing the curriculum, academic policies, faculty development, and student engagement within the B.Com program. TEACHING METHODOLOGY
Classroom teaching: Along with the conventional method of chalk and the talk, other enhanced state of the art technological tools such as LCDs, OHPs etc. are used for teaching students enrolled in the B.Com programme at GN Group of Institute, Greater Noida. The case study method is used to bring out the analytical skills of the students. Student presentations are encouraged in order to improve their confidence, negotiation and communication skills. This is supplemented further with periodical assignments.Holistic education: Holistic education is imparted for all-round development of the students.
